In the anime she was falling. I was fixed it by rotation of image. Looks like she was staying at wind.

To improve quality i was created vector image above raster in the Inkscape.

The old rotated background was removed and added a new better one. Then I was added some HDR-like filters in GIMP. Here is resulting image.
